Please make sure you are in a quiet, comfortable space, drink plenty of water during the session and for a few days after, more than you normally would to allow good hydration. 

Don't worry if you drift into a deep space or to sleep, just go with the energy in the now as you will receive on whatever level is perfect for you. 
Please allow minimum 3 days and 3 nights integration if you want to listen to the whole session again.   Preferably allow at least a week - please use your intuition.
